Dr Raymond Sheh from the Intelligent Robots Group took the Open Academic Robot Kit and Rapidly Manufactured Robot Challenge on the road for the RoboCup Junior USA Championships in late May, 2017! The aim is to increase North American participation in this competition, which aims to bridge the gap between RoboCup Junior (for students aged 19 and younger) and RoboCup Major, where (at least in RoboCupRescue) team members tend to be final year undergraduates or older.
